One on one counselling to help you reach your nutrition goals - whether it's to get healthier, feel good or just help with having a positive experience with food.
Need help figuring out how to put together a meal that is balanced and will leave you feeling satisfied.
Want to improve your relationship with food and your body.
Are you tired of going on and off diets that just leave you feeling deprived.
Want to eat to improve your energy levels and mental clarity.
Want a customized meal plan with groceries lists to help get you organized with your nutrition.
If you’ve answered “yes” to any of the above – working together might be for you. I work with clients from the comfort of their own homes with appointment times available to fit their busy schedules.
A restrictive diet that leaves your weight and your emotions yo-yoing is not the solution.
Instead of diving into another diet program I encourage you to begin a journey towards improving your eating habits for life.
You will not have to count calories or points – although this can be effective for some people for a short period of time, it is not an enjoyable way of living and is not sustainable long term. You will not have to buy any special food – I will teach you how to be the healthiest you using foods you love and can purchase from the grocery store.
(This is what we're NOT going to do)
